Key Features
Reproducible gravimetric oil measurement
The system captures oil carried in blow-by gas on an absolute filter, supporting time-saving and repeatable determination of oil content or concentration.
Heated sampling path
A heatable sample adapter with a maximum temperature of 120 °C helps minimise unintended condensate separation before the collection filter.
Flexible filter formats
The sampling assembly can use flat-sheet filters with a diameter of 110 mm or cartridge filters with a diameter of 65 mm and length of 93 mm.
Stabilisation bypass
An integrated bypass section allows operating conditions to stabilise before the gravimetric sampling period begins.
Automatic test termination
Measurements can stop automatically after a defined time or when the differential pressure across the loaded filter reaches a specified condition.
Test-stand integration
Analogue and digital ports, TCP/IP connectivity and optional flow-rate sensing support integration into engine and separator test systems.
